Ìý View Fellows Ìý Now in its fourth program cycle, ELAN has created a new pathway for over 170 nursing faculty leaders to enhance their leadership skills. Participating faculty received an assessment of their current leadership style and learned valuable skills to accomplish identified goals. Ìý Representing a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills, AACN's ELAN fellows have developed the necessary tools to be leaders in academic nursing. Ìý Ìý Exciting News!
